Vendor selections will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Late applications may be accepted if booth space is still available, but late fees may apply. If you are selected you will be notified via e-mail no later than May 12th, 2025. If you choose to accept a position at the 2025 Meridian Dairy Days you have until 5:00 pm Friday May 30th, 2025 to submit: signed final paperwork, booth payment in full, and proper tax information. Weather conditions are beyond the control of the Meridian Dairy & Stock Shows, Inc., and the event will proceed rain or shine.Vendors must comply with all Central District Health guidelines. The Meridian Dairy Days General Vendor location in Storey Park will have no water and no power. Vendors requiring power must supply their own quiet inverter. Conventional generators are not permitted. Non-complying power equipment that fails fume or noise restrictions will be prohibited from use.
Please specify in detail information about the inverter you will be using.
Booth size is 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Booth fee is $300, the rate will be $500 if a 20 foot by 10 foot deep booth size is required. Booth boundaries will be strictly enforced. If you have a 12’ or larger canopy, additional fees may apply - contact us for more information. Booths must be weighted at all four corners with either blocks or water. Stakes are not allowed.
On-site security is provided overnight, but the safety of products left in booths is the vendor's responsibility. Vendor is required to sign an Acknowledgement of Rules & Regulations and a Waiver releasing Meridian Dairy & Stock Shows, Inc. & the City of Meridian from any damage caused by your business. (Contact us for preview of documents.) This information is required and will be released to all inquiring vendors, media and event officials. The Meridian Dairy Board does not offer or guarantee product exclusivity. We do reserve the right to limit multiple duplicate vendors. Any items found at your location booth not listed will be restricted from merchandising and selling at the 2025 Meridian Dairy Days.
